Teaching as a Art+Technology lecturer at Uniarts Fine Arts Academy during spring 2025, substituting Tuomo Rainio during his Ph.D. sabbatical.
My duties included:
- Teaching an interactive installation course
- Teaching photogrammetry related lectures within a 3D course
- Designing new courses
- Guiding students with projects relating to sensorbased electronics, AI, robotics and interactive visualization
- Overseeing other instructors courses (in realtime 3D, 3D modeling, imaging systems etc)
- Assisting students in the Fine Arts Academy´s final exhibition “Kuvan Kevät” at the Sörnäinen Campus Gallery.
My other duties included:
- Being a member in the EU funded Magics project group and consulting for AV purchase lists
- Being a member of the Silo AI founder´s Ellis Institute jury for an AI professorship at Uniarts Fine Arts Academy
- Being a member in Digitiimi
- Lecturing and consulting about use of AI in art school context to Uniarts students, teachers, leadership and PR department.
- Recommending suggested AV/IT gear purchases for Fine Arts Academy
