I worked in year 1999-2000 at NEC Princeton C&C Multimedia Microwave Research Center´s Multimedia Research Lab under Dr. Max Ott, developing novel interactive, immersive and multisensory interface concepts.
The below augmented reality pad, with internal Fujitsu computing tech, touch screen and 6-dof accelerator sensor built in, enabled the users to be immersed within 360 video streams and embedded augmented information, 3D data and composited visual layers in context of public events, sports, culture etc.
Created with Openspace3D software and custom sensor scripting code.
